Hi,
I have few hundred shares of Wipro. Investors have been given 3 options to choose after Wipro demerger. The three options are (1) 1 share of Wipro Enterprise Ltd (WEL) for every 5 shares of Wipro, (2) 7% preferential redeemable bond for every 5 shares of Wipro, (3) 1.65 shares of Wipro for every 5 shares of WEL. I want to go for option (1) but I don't know how to exercise this option and whom to inform about it. Can you please provide your valuable suggestion?

Incase you have not received the same, please download the document from the companies website www.wipro.com/investors/ the last date of acceptance is on 09.05.2013 it need to be posted to Mr V.K.Jayaraman, Karvy Computershares Pvt Ltd, Unit Wipro Ltd Plot No 17-24, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081
