Investment banking & equity research - courses & job

Hi , ....I m CA fresher..i m so interested in investment banking or equity research sector..bt due to  non- waarness about courses, companies , i have joined in mfg sector.. bt still my keen interest in IB or eq. research......

can anyone  tell me whch courses should i do?

and after doing tht courses how will i get relevent job?????

                  even i m facing d same problem......i wanted to join IB & Equity wing but i have recently joined textile industry....today i was searching for the same thing and i found a course of 10 weeks staring from 29th oct in Mumbai at School of investment banking institute....i dont know whether it is nice or not, i m clueless about the institute...have read about its aliumni which is impressive...i m tring there lets see ...
