20 June 2011Can group enterprises invest in oneanother if so what mode. Firm A's partners are the major players /shareholders in the Company A. my query is can they invest in oneanother . Are there any reporting obligations like related party transactions and disclosures under AS 18 pls suggest

yes they can invest.
they have to disclose as per IND AS 18,21 and 23.
various company law provisions to be complied like section - 292 and 372A
