Intimation u/s 245

Hi Mr Sanjay, we also received the same kind of intimation to many of our clients. The Demand might have been already raised through an intimation u/s 143(1) or Demand Notice u/s 156. Unfortunately, we can't get this information in the Income Tax website for the AY 2010-11 and preceding AYs. So please immediately make a request to your jurisdictional Assessing Officer to issue the same, so that you can find whether the demand is already paid and reply to the intimation u/s 245 within the prescribed limit of 30 days
