As per the ICAI-IGNOU MoU, one will get the bcom degree within one year if he registers after completing "first stage" of CA. Can anybody please tell me what does this "first stage" refer to? both groups need to be cleared or Group-1 is also sufficient?

IGNOU referes to first stage as passing of IPCC.
