Interest on unsecured loan

I have a issue that in last fy 14-15, i have forgot doing interest entry some unsecured loan accounts but tds on interest deposited the department. so i want to know that how could i adjust those interest and tds entry fy 15-16. because our tds team is separate and they maintain all the loan accounts, so now my opening is mis match on 01.04.2015. so my concern is that have u legal idea adjusted of those entry, please help me soon. because i have to filed my 15-16 return.
