if we are giving interest on individual loan in proprietorship firm above specified limit under non audit case then tds applicable??
- TDS applies to interest earned from various sources, including:
- Fixed deposits
- Bonds
- Unsecured loans
- Loans and advances
- Payments to Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)
TDS not applicable on Interest on Securities for Non audit companies
