Interest calculation on export benifit

If an Exporter receive extra Export Incentive (DBK, MEIS) than what process to repay this excess Incentive with Interest. What is current Interest Rate and How to calculate this.(Please mention Relevant Section , Circular, Notification and Rule ) Thank You
