Interest calculation on export benifit
If an Exporter receive extra Export Incentive (DBK, MEIS) than what process to repay this excess Incentive with Interest. What is current Interest Rate and How to calculate this.(Please mention Relevant Section , Circular, Notification and Rule )

Repay the extra amount by a DD. If the DGFT insists on interest payment, they shall give you the interest amount also. You need not pay interest unless asked since it is fault in calculation by the department
