We are importers of electronic goods and paying cvd on import purchases, thereby adding the same cvd in our cost. Now can we entiltle to take the credit of cvd paid in transition to GST.
Please guide if the cvd paid on imported goods is eligible for input credit under GST. We are not registered in EXCISE.
