input credit for hoteliers
one of my client has a hotel with restaurant, the restaurant is taxed under composition scheme. naturally i cannot take credit for the restaurant purchases, but can i take input credit for the services and goods i purchase for the hotel rooms?

as a business verticle..... both should be under composition schme... then how can u claim itc?
yes you can CLAIM ITC for goods or service purchased for rooms.
