I have a general doubt about can we claim output service tax against input service tax same like as VAT when tax payer liability to pay tax. if yes, please tell me information about related that and rules.

Hello,
You can claim input service tax against tax on output service or excise whichever applies.
You can refer CENVAT CREDIT RULES,2004 for knowing the basic of Input credit and CENVAT credit.
