Information regarding MCOM ICFAI course

I am a CA Final Student going to appear in Nov 2009 final examination. As my exams are far away. I want to know about the Mcom course launched by ICAI and ICFAI. Can i join this course now, how much will it cost and what is the duration of the course. please advice
