Industrial training

Hello all :)

I am currently pursuing my articleship and two years of the same would be completed this December. I would like to know about the Pros and Cons of joining Industrial Training during the third year of articleship.

Is excess leave taken a sufficient ground for a principal to restrict his articled assisstant from joining industrial training? Or is there any any other ground on which a principal can restrict his articled assisstant from joining industrial training?

It would be helpful if someone could share their hands on experience as an industrial trainee - like the requirements of corporates from an industrial trainee, working time, working atmosphere in the corporates, leave eligibility and also if joining Industrial Training is a good decision.

No1 can stop u to join IND TRAN. not even ICAI
and leaves is not a grnd on the basis of which CA can stop u to join it...

Thr are many advantages... If u join IND TRAN than u will get a lot of practical knowledge of working in a corporate... u will work directly with senior CAs CSs Managers CEO... It will prepare u for ur future.. If job is what u want to do in life than Ind Tran will take u to heights

But thr is a prblm... if u join IND TRAN than u will not get more than 1 2 mnths leave for praparation of CA Final..

Joining IND TRAN is a good decision and u shld go for it if u can... there will be no decided time for working.. u will have to work until u r done.. it will prepare u for HARD & SMART work both..

working atmosphere depends upon the co u have joined IND TRAN under. Many thngs depends upon the rules and regulations of the company.
So its very gud if u can take risk with ur CA Final attmpt... bt it would benefit u alot..
When u will go for campus than u will get more benefit compared to those who have done artclshp..
SO enjoy

Thank you. Is it necessary to join Industrial traning immediately after terminating from the current articleship or can we start it after sometime?

Minimum time requirement for IND TRAN is 9 month and miximum 12 months
so if u take transfer in the first month of third year than u can join after 1 month
so calculate the time accordingly..
All the best
