Individual and huf rturn
Hello sir!!
My querry is regrding benifit of basic exmption to individual and huf.
Say......mr.x is an individual and also krta of x (huf). If mr.x files his return and for huf also, then both can avail benifit of exemption limit seperately or only one cn avail?

Both can avail exemption benefit
Individual is separate entity and HUF is separate entity and hence both can avail
Individual and HUF both are separate entity, hence both can avail the exemption benefit.
