Dear Fellow Professionals,
Kindly assist me to determine which ITR to file for my brother who has left India to pursue higher studies in August 2015. During the F.Y 2015-16 he had income from bank interest and also income earned from part time job in USA.
Please advice.
Since you would be claiming DTAA relief, you may use ITR2
