Suppose an Indian CA want to become UK certified CA or USA certified CA and so on., will he have to complete full study course of those countries, or as I heard from one person, he will be exempted from most of the study. Plz clarify.

i have heard that ICAI has MoU with England's CA instt. .What about other countries??
yes correct there in an mou with British Institue but you hardly get exemption for CPA in US
