A simple doubt - What is the difference between a carve out and major changes in Ind AS vis-a-vis IFRS not resulting in carve outs?
Also please help me in providing a list of carve outs, if any, provided by MCA.

Dear Achint,
Carve-out can be considered kind of deviation/ differences that has been been brought into indian version of IFRS i.e.Ind-AS and that is the reason we call it India is converging towards IFRS because we have not fully adopted IFRS as it is.
so in broader sense you may say other than the carve-outs Ind-as is broadly same as IFRS.
