I have filed form 5 and form 23 for increasing the authorised capital of a company....but it didnt approved by mca....the reason behind this, is that the we altered the AOA by hand and not by way of taking print out and then attaching the same .... ....plz let me know what should I do??? Should I file form 67 to correct the mistake....or should I refile the same forms again by correcting the mistake this time....

Can you pleaes tell me exact stauts of your transaction and exact language of query raised by MCA. As there is specifically mentioned whether you have to re-submit the form again or you have to file Form 67.
If status is Resubmission required then you have to file your Forms again. But if stauts is Addendum required then you have to file Form 67.
