BOD of ABC Limited, a listed public company decided to incorporate a subsidiary company.
My question is whose name should be given as the subscribersin the MOA & AOA of the subsidiary company and who should be the directors of the subsidiary comapany
SUBSIDIARY company is private or public?
in case a company wants to form a wholly owned subsidiary, it can nominate any person to be the subscriber and/ or director of the subsidiary, but the ultimate ownership will be in the name of the holding company and such directors will be the nomiee directors
