The client (individual) has an active PAN number and has e-filed returns for the past 3 assessment years. The client forgot his password and reset it using OTP option giving new mail id and mobile number. When I tried logging on to the website after 20 hrs, the website showed an error message as wrong date of birth/incorporation. I confirmed the date of birth with CPC bangalore and UTI. It is same as per records. I have tried mutiple times and the same error message is displayed. Please give some solution for this. Thanks in advance.
