Dear Sir, 1) I have earned income from Salary & Other accounting charges for the year FY 2013-14. Which ITR Form used for filing ITR-1 (or) ITR-4? Thanking you, Regards, M.Shanmugasundaram

If youhave earned Accounting charges as a free lancer then ITR 4 is the form for you

Freelancing is an item of "other sources" income. Why ITR 4 will be needed?

YOU CAN FILE RETURN IN ITR 1 with showing the income from accounting services under the head income from other sources

I too agree with Rajagopalakrishnan bcoz if such accounting fees are not part of salary, then it will be considered as professional income in which case ITR4 is only applicable.

accountancy charges in u/s 44aa professional income and it details is furnished in itr 4

As per Law ITR 1 & 2 applicable because of that Salary with not more then Other Income earned so ITR 1.

Can any one guide me relief u/s 89. Whther the relief is combined of Annexure I (Salary in arrear) & II (Gratuity) or any one is taken while claiming.? Please help me out.
