Dear Sir,
My father is a state govt pensioner aged 72 years. Income tax is deducted from his pension for this FY 2015-2016. I request to kindly let me the procedure for getting form 16 online to file return.

Only the pension provding organization can give certified form 16, if you dont get it, you can rely on form 26as and file your return accordingly but makse sure thru passbook all the amount receiced is mentioned in 26as else you mention it in ITR else it will be treated concealment of income
