Can anybody guide for whom it is mandatory to fle ITR today. Because we have some employees whose salary income is 4 lakh in a year and tax has been remitted after computation and form 16A has been issued for the F Y 2016-17.

Yes, today is the last date to file belated return for FY 2016-17, having taxable income more than BEL

What is the ceiling limit to file ITR. Because Earlier individauals below 5 lakh were exempted from filing ITR
