10 March 2016I have once filed income tax return of one client without tds claim. on same day filed revised return claiming TDS as per amount reflecting in 26 AS. by mistakely i quoted wrong TAN No in revised return. To rectify the same i have filed online rectification 5 weeks before, still no refund is received. Pls give suggestion to claim refund.

Usually no refunds are given in March . hough there may be exceptions
I have got refunds in April 2nd week for rectification filed in January.
One rectification I filed on 15 Dec 2015 is yet to come.

If you have filed return in time, you may revise it again u/s 139 (5) i.e. say if you have filed ITR for FY 2014-15 (AY 2015-16) in time, you may revise it any number of times till 31st Mar 2017.
