No permission required to claim relief u/s 89 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

for getting relief u/s 89, and return is to be filed within due date than no permission is required from A.O

No there is no such requirement of getting any permission of AO to claim relief u/s 89...u first need to do self assessment so no such things is required to be dispensed with

For availing rebate u/s 89, there is a specific column in the return, one need to fill details.There is no such requirement of getting any permission of AO.Return must be filed within time
