Income tax querry

sir/madam,

I have taken Jeevan Suraksha Policy of LIC long back.

Now it is matured.

Initially, I got lump sum amount for commutation.

Now as per plan ,I am getting monthly pension.

When I purchased this policy,the LIC person told me that ,all the income after maturity including,Commutation and monthly pension is Income Tax free.

Kindly tell me ,how I should show the income from this policy in Income Tax returns.
