Income tax of multiple jobs

Sir I was at private job in 2016 and I got approximately 155000 as salary but they don't gave me any form 16 or assessment form and in Dec I got govt job of teacher now they are taking assessment form and will give form 16 but they are saying me not to add previous salary in this .also I have income from other sources like fd but total income is not taxable so what should I do ? Can l show my whole income directly in filling e return without disclosing to new employer?
