1. I want to know is there is any limit of depositing tax by cash.
2. Capital gain tax is to be filled through challan 280, but I have to file it under self-assessment or advance tax, pls clarify.

1. No, but during the period some banks may deny to accept old notes.
2. Advance tax, if it relates to Ass. Yr. 2017-18. But SAT for previous ass. years.
