can individual get tax rebate on account of medical treatment of relative plz explain

Yes, U/s. 80DD etc for dependents. Otherwise, I don't think any rebate available.

Sir if i got medical reimbursement rs 56000 of self treatment from My employer Haryana Govt whether it is exempted from tax or will be add in My gross income for tax purposes

Upto Rs 15000 you can claim as deduction in Income Tax and the rest amount will be taxable For further clarification go through the link given below:-
