Please clarify the doubt regarding the Return of income uploaded before the due date but acknowledgement of ITR filed is submitted after the due date . Whether loss can be carry forward in such circumstances

if the return is filed online before the due date and ack sent after due date...it is considered as return filed on time...so u will get all the benefits

After uploading your return online, you have two options avialaible;
i) E-verify the return via Aadhar mode, net banking mode etc.
ii) Send the signed physical copy of ITR-V to CPC, bengaluru within 120 days of filing the return otherwise it shall be deemed that no return is filed for such F.Y. and you have to file a revised return after that period.
If you choose to e verify your return, then sending signed physical copy of ITR-V as aforesaid is not required.
