one of the tax consultant has told me that if there is tds in assessment year 2012-2013 then it can be filed with some penalty

If TDS return already filed than it can be revised for earlier years without any penalty charges and tds amount can be deposited along with interest on the same.....
If TDS return is not filed than penalty is 200 per day till date of submission of return
