Income from foreign job

Hello , I am working in Kenya ,but now i am getting salary in cash , so i should transfer my money online in india or i should say to comapany to deposite . plz suggest so i will not face any problem while return filing .

If your stay in India in any financial year is less than 182 days, (or 365 days or more during the four preceding years and atleast 60 days in this financial year) you are No-Resident Indian as per Indian Income Tax Act. if you are an NRI and you receive your salary directly to an Indian account it will be subject to Indian tax laws. This income is taxed at the slab rate you belong to.

But in cash you are already paid salary after tax deduction in Kenya, and the same if you transfer to your Indian bank account, it will be tax-free here,
