Why you wish to take extra burden of collecting service tax for and on behalf of Government? Do you think, any commission you can take out of it?

15% on servicing portion, excluding any spares.

to add on, If you are billing without seggregating spares and labour, then you could pay ST on 70% of the value being works contract. Rule 2A of ST (Determination of value) rules.
VAT rates depend on your state VAT schedule.

Its out of way to suggest, but you are not registered with VAT first. Secondly, there is again basic limit of 10 lakhs, after which you would be liable to charge VAT. Thirdly, VAT for each parts differ, so there is not single rate of every unit. Finally, by July 2017, everything will be rewritten in GST. So......
