Inc 29 sent for resubmisssion again and again

Dear Friends and seniors

I am worried on the experience i had with filing of INC 29 with RoC website

The form has been sent for resubmission 4 times each with different reasons. And finally they have rejected and marked as many attachments not attached (like INC 8, 9, 10, EB CARD, PROOFS, PAN ETC)

RoC Chennai is clearly telling that the INC 29 is being approved / rejected by CRC department @ haryana...

Mailing to efiling helpdesk and calling to the phone number mentioned in the website is of waste..

Me and my client are literally worried bcoz entire process has been stopped in mid.. N the most important thing is that we dont know what exactly is wrong with the file..

Atleast if that is clear we will correct and upload.. We are really in a bad situation donno what to proceed and when to proceed

If anyone of u have crossed such situations or if u have any idea please post it..

I am facing the same problem. The main problem is that the ROC is raising quaries in installments. They are not raising all the quaries together in one strock so all the time we find new kind of quarries. If they raise all the quarries in first time we can solve it in resubmission. But this procedure of ROC to displaying quaries in installments make the incorporation process lenghty and it downs reputation of professionals in front of clients.To incorpoarte company by filling INC-29 is very difficult now. Central govt is trying to shortened the process but this becomes the biggest problem for professionals.Central Govt must have to take some steps for this.

Main problem is that in INC-29 the detailed about attachments is not provided so if you are filling it first time u will find quarries for lots of time and have to resubmit form again and again.

Dear all,,

Finally my INC 29 has been approved..

If any one of you are facing the same problem like i had, you can give a formal compliant to MCA Head Quarters(tapanray @ nic.in) and contact them.

They will help you regarding these.. i was given a chance of resubmission again and later submitted with additional proof

M sharing this because it may help people who are facin these kind of problem can resolve it soon

Same problem is faced by lots of other professionals. The same was the the case with me also. Better to incorporate company by filling INC-7. Incorporation of the company through INC-29 is just a waste of time, energy and money
