30 October 2017In GSTR-2A, our Transporter uploaded bills in which we are liable to pay tax under GST reverse charges, but actually we not liable to pay under eversed charges on such services (trading agriculture produce).
please advide what action to be taken (accept or reject the bills uploaded, as there is no option on GSTR-2 to untick GST Reverse charges applicability)

GO TO GSTR 2 AND CLICK ON GENERATE GSTR 2 SUMMERY
THEN ALL RCM (REGISTERED) INVOICES AUTO-POPULATED IN GSTR 2
THEN YOU CAN TAKE ACTION . . .

There is no option to untick Supply attract Reverse Charge (As we are not liable under reverse charges how can i accept such invoice with GST payable under RCM)

click on the bill their is option box to tick / untick to rcm
