Implications of charging freight in invoice

hi what could be the implications of charging freight in the invoice.

a) Should we pay CST / VAT 

b) Should we pay Excise Duty

c) Should we pay Service tax.

 

My understanding of the same is written in this blogpost please tell me if there is any mistake.

Please tell me if we have to charge freight then why should we pay service tax. Because service tax on transportation of goods by road is chargeable under reverse charge right

I think you should pay GTA payment on Transporation Expenses instead Freight Charges.
