  1. Fixed education allowance received from employer is exempted from tax to the extent of Rs. 100 per month for maximum of 2 children.
  2. Any amount over and above will be taxable as perquisite in the hands of employee.
  3. Employee can claim deduction u/s. 80C  subject to its conditions, for his 2 children.

Sir my question is only related to tuition fees of employee children not for children education allowances.

Sir I repeat my question If employer reimbursed the tuition fees of employee children then what is tax treatment in hand of employee and this can be treated as perquisites in hand of employee and employee can claim deduction u/s 80c

The additional amount of tution fees will be taxable to employee as per slab rate. Yes, he can take 80C benefit.
