Hello friends,
Had small querry regarding prsentation of case laws for ca final.
will it be enough just to write the name of the assesse ?? i mean is it ok if we dont write the itr no, suprece court or hight court , mumbai or delhi etc...
and will the case law come from the SELECTED case laws isuued by the ICAI only ???

based on past papers , we can say that case laws will come only from icai's booklet
the other thing you can write only assesse but if you mention the other details it will creat more impact,if you have time then mug up courts and itrs
remember it is not necessary but it will creat more impact
