ICDS are applicable to all Assesses following Mercantile System of Accounting and chargeable to tax under the head “Profit and Gains of Business or Profession” OR “Income from Other Source”
It is applicable to all assesses Irrespective of applicability of Tax Audit Irrespective of Turnover Irrespective of Status of Individual (AOP, Firm, Resident, Non Resident etc.)
