As per my knowledge ICAI doesn’t provides a list so detailed where you could get all the addresses of examination centres in a city. Still however what ICAI does gives is a list of examination centres in a city with details only of their examination centre code. Use this link for the same and search for each code then by yourself. https://icaiexam.icai.org/help/centers_may2017.php
