CA and ICWA both r very much professional and prestigious courses. my suggestion would be you complete your CA and ICWA courses first. you could take up NCFM courses as suggested. Especially the Securities Market Basic Module and Corporate Compliance Officers Module..for more details, you could go to the NCFM website..
if you really want to study another professional course, then go for CS..but you shud be ready for it as CS is a theoretical subjects unlike CA and ICWA which is more finance oriented...if u think u can understand law very well, then go for CS which is also a professional and a prestigious course. On the other hand, if u wud like to venture more into finance itself rather than go for legal and secretarial roles, then MBA(Finance) wud also suit your purpose.
So decide what you want, gain knowledge, apply it practically and yu will succeed....many opportunities lie ahead for you.

Hi raksh*tha
this is sampath
you chosen the right path and u r in safe hands
and u r intention to prefer other course was good
but the best course in the new market as progressing was
CFA(chartered financial analyst )
a cerifies course as accredited by way of the act
as provide by ICFAI .. Many investment companies prefers
CFA apart from CA ....... its best to for CFA apart from u r ca course

i m agree with you sampath kumar,(about CFA)
But i Don't think that Distance learning CFA has more value in finance market compare to regular CFA.
