I have Import Documents before July can I claim 100% duty which I paid on before get?

I have closing stocks on June around 600000/-

June 17 shipment arrived and paid central excise Rs 150000/- ( for the calculation value of closing stocks)

150000/- value is excise paid for the closing stocks

can I claim full amount on my GST credit ledger? By Tran 1
