I got the govt. job as jr. acct. and i am doing ipcc

hello friends,

i am doing ca in ipcc awaited for results for nov.2013( i am sure that my first group will clear)

but now i am selected in govt. co. called jaipur discom(JVVNL)

as jr. accountant on pay scale 9300-34800 with grade pay of 3200 and also with other allonwnces like da,hra(extra )

first two yeras are probation pd. in those year i will get a fix salary 10000 no other remunartion will give in those two year.

(i am from a middle class family)

now my problem is if  i join the job then i can't do my ca.

so please suggest me

It is better that u continue with CA if u r not in a financal grave since your need of articlship is equall important..

then why do u want to go on for a government job.?

you can get better once u are qualifed and during this articlehsip u can do some odd jobs and alike to support. Even they are many ppl who do not have good financial status but still struggle a lot.

It true each case is differnet but at last u are the judge so think wise..

better you inquire about dummy... u can continue both i think....

Even i had this in my mind but this is not possible unless manish has a link in a CA Firm. Also the pratical exposure is required..

Rather manish, the best thing is that you take up articleship were you have relaxed rules and other stuff to attain the office and take a job which would be flexible at the time of tax seasions....

ohh.. i see.. I am  IPCC student and thinking to take dummy because trying for SBI PO... still i have to complete orientation so after that i can join... 

There was a time when brokers whee appointed for dummies and each would take up 30 k + and evry year we have to pay the principal a couple of lakhs and same was noticed out so it is abolished now but the above process still continues...

yeah... that too matters.. there may be chances that i may not clear SBI exam and i have to keep paying for dummy.. so i am still thinking...
