i failed..Pls suggest

I wrote my CA final 2^nd group this attempt and failed..176

I already cleared my first group in June 2009

Nov 2009 I was busy with Articleship

I completed it in Jan 2010 and prepared in a OK manner for may 2010 exams

Let me tell u I am somewhat a lazy type of girl and an average student

But I prepared somewhat ok and scored 182 in dat attempt

But after results declared in july 2010 , I started studying well and tried to put some good efforts

I bought VS DATEY for IDT studied with it.Excllent book..It gav me some good insight into the subject..But it took much of my preparation times…I used G Sekhar for tax..I covered the second half portions after the heads of income well and just a glance over heads of income…Costing and MICS I used my coaching notes..Costing I didn try to do sums own..i was just reading through problems because of time insufficiency…I couldn write costing and direc t tax papers well

I too got 4 months like u…how u utilized those 4 months?i found it v  difficult to complete everything in revision…I failed because of lack of practice

What u studied for costing and Direct tax?  How it became possible to cover direct tax?i leave heads of incomes and those topics we studied in PEE2…but last time I was able to remember these in  May 2010 exams

Whats ur revision / practice strategy when we ve so much of syllabus to cover?
