Huf tax filling

Compulsory to filled HUF INCOEM TAX FILLING, There is no income, only some Rs. 40000/- Fd there. What should do to filled or not.

It is not mandatory.However , if tds is deducted on interest received on fd then file return and claim refund.

AGREED. FILLING OF RETURN IS NOT MANDATORY WHERE TOTAL INCOME IS LESS THAN THE EXEMPTION LIMIT.

IN CASE TDS IS DEDUCTED BY BANK THAN U MUST CLAIM REFUND BY FILLING ITR

Yes you are not required to file return as income of Huf is below exemption limit.
