My client is married and getting divorced. No children.
1. Will his HUF where he is the karta come to an end automatically?
2. What happens to the FDs in HUF bank account?
3. In the past he filed HUF ITRs. Does he need to notify IT dept
4. Can he maintain the HUF funds under HUF entity even after divorce?
