HSN summary

Dear Friends,
In GSTR-2 which data has to be mentioned as HSN summary out of the below options
1) what and all invoices we are going to file in GSTR-2 or
2)Missing invoices added by tax payer or
3)only RCM invoices summary or
4) All the above invoices summary

That means Input in GSTR-2 to be match with summary sheet

whether RCM input taking credit in same month or following month on Portal?
