I am getting HRA but it is very less in comparison to the rent i am paying can i show my rent in my tax?

you can claim deduction as per the following manner from salary income
1. Actual hra received
2. Rent paid over 10% salary
3. 50% of salary if you are in delhi,chennai, kolkatha, mumbai
40% of salary if you are in any other place (mentioned above)
you can't claim 80 GG decuction because you are avail HRA from the employer
then by which section we can claim ?
