ya. u can pay rent to ur father, but the same should b shown as income in ur father's income(for safety of scrutiny reasons). else u need just to have a rent agrrement from a notary and rent receipt.... rent receipt can be obtained from any stationary shop for just 10-15 rupees.

When you received HRA upto Rs.3000 then Rent receipt is not necessary.

Up to Rs.3000. rent receipt is not reqired. if possible submit only rent agreement.

Yes u can pay rent to ur father...but in dat case income fr the father wil b considered as rent..
