How Can I withdrawal my PF if my Employer is not responding and having issues with KYC due to which I can login to UAN portal.

KYC must be accepted by employer for PF withdrawal.
If employer is not responding then submit a grievance to PG Dept..Your issue may be resolved

1 .What IF company is not cooperative as its Labour's PF account who do not know what is UAN and how to use them Online.
As its our Harden Money , I have heard that Gazetted fficer can sign in Joint Declaration or PF Withdrawal forms If some issues with Employer , Is this True ?

You need submit the available details to PF officer and also you may state that employer is not cooperating.
